I believe that Katarina the Outlaw could rise quite high in the picture rankings. There's always an uproar everytime a picture of a pretty girl is posted but the thumbs will likely add up.

So I'm assuming she is some model who poses for the cards in the game and is a playable hero? I'm always curious if they ever get the models (male and female) to actually play the game a few times, just for kicks (I'd love to read a write up of that game).
